Connect your Outlook calendar

Connecting your calendar lets HubSpot check availability for bookings and sync supported meetings with your Outlook calendar.

How to do it

Open HubSpot settings

Calendar connection does not retroactively sync older events or turn every Outlook event into a CRM meeting. Check the official sync rules before relying on an event as logged CRM activity.

Office 365 or Exchange?

These steps apply to Microsoft 365-hosted calendars. If your eQ mailbox uses on-premises Exchange, ask IT to confirm supported calendar options rather than selecting Office 365 by default.
