Use your individual work mailbox
Use your own eQ email address, not a personal Outlook.com address or a shared team inbox. Outlook is an email application: if IT confirms your mailbox is on-premises Exchange rather than Microsoft 365, use HubSpot's Exchange connection guidance instead of assuming Office 365 applies.
Connecting email does not import your whole inbox or log every email automatically. Review optional inbox automation with your administrator before enabling it.
